About Nicole Garrett
Nicole Garrett, CHT, founder of Under Pressure, brings a wealth of experience in hyperbaric medicine, having spent over a decade in the field. With a background in commercial diving and dive medicine, Nicole's career began at UC San Diego’s hyperbaric chamber, where she treated complex cases such as crush injuries, air gas embolisms, decompression illness, diabetic wounds, and the effects of radiation for cancer treatment. She played a pivotal role in a Department of Defense study on traumatic brain injuries and went on to establish UCSD's second multiplace hyperbaric facility in Encinitas, CA. Her expertise extends to designing and launching hyperbaric facilities nationwide, training physicians and staff, and consulting globally on hyperbaric safety and operations. Nicole's leadership at Under Pressure reflects her commitment to using advanced hyperbaric therapies to optimize patient outcomes.
